Madison Murr of women's golf and Sankalp Shastri of men's cross country have been named the Cal State San Marcos Student-Athletes of the Month for October 2024.

The Cal State San Marcos men's cross country team placed fourth with a score of 99 at the CCAA Championships on the course of Woodward Park in Fresno on Friday morning.
