- Cougars Place Second in UC Riverside Invitational Open RaceThe Cal State San Marcos men's cross country team placed second out of 22 teams in the Open 8K race at the UC Riverside Invitational on Saturday, scoring 112 points. In the Invitational 8K division, CSUSM competed individually but did not register a team score.
- Jimenez Leads Cougars to Third-Place Finish at Cougar ChallengeLed by Alan Jimenez's fifth-place finish, the Cal State San Marcos men's cross country team placed third out of eight teams at its home meet, the Cougar Challenge, on Saturday morning at Mangrum Track & Field. The Cougars tallied 61 points, finishing just two points behind second-place Pomona-Pitzer and 41 points behind team champion Cal Poly Pomona.
Men's Golf
- CSUSM Places Sixth at SMU Bishop InvitationalThe Cal State San Marcos men's golf team wrapped up the SMU Bishop Invitational in sixth place with a team score of 3-over 867 after three rounds played at The Home Course in DuPont, Washington. The Cougars were led by Aiden Canada, who finished tied for third individually with a score of 8-under 208.
- CSUSM Takes Fifth at Chico StateThe Cal State San Marcos men's golf team posted a fifth-place finish at the Chico State Wildcat Classic, held Monday at Peach Tree Golf & Country Club. The Cougars carded a 54-hole total of 15-under 849 across three rounds of stroke play.

- McManus' Runner-Up Finish Guides CSUSM to Fourth-Place Finish at Cougar ChallengeWith Angela MaManus leading the pack of Cougars, the Cal State San Marcos women's cross country team placed fourth at its home meet, the Cougar Challenge, held Saturday morning on campus. The Cougars tallied 115 points in the 6K race, finishing behind Cal Poly Pomona (33 points), Point Loma (38) and Pomona-Pitzer (100).
