Cal State San Marcos Athletics placed 44 student-athletes on the 2024 CCAA Fall Academic Honor Roll.

Gracie Beilby, Addison Kranz, Jackie Phillips and Jessica Thomas of the Cal State San Marcos volleyball team were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team on Tuesday.

Isabelle Bakken of volleyball and Sankalp Shastri of men's cross country have been named the Cal State San Marcos Student-Athletes of the Month for November 2024.

For the first-time ever, the Cal State San Marcos volleyball team (9-16, 7-11 CCAA) defeated (RV) Cal State San Bernardino (15-10, 11-7 CCAA) on its own court by scores of 25-16, 18-25, 25-17, 19-25 and 15-11 on Saturday night at Coussoulis Arena.

The Cal State San Marcos volleyball team (8-16, 6-11 CCAA) saw its four-match win streak come to an end with a three-set loss (20-25, 8-25, 16-25) at No. 19 San Francisco State (21-4, 15-2 CCAA) on Thursday evening at The Swamp.

The Cal State San Marcos volleyball team (8-15, 6-10 CCAA) will wrap up its 2024 regular season this week with stops at No. 19 San Francisco State (20-4, 14-2 CCAA) on Thursday at 5 p.m. and (RV) Cal State San Bernardino (14-9, 10-6 CCAA) on Saturday at 7 p.m.
