Pilates Sculpt-
With Pilates Sculpt you will tone and sculpt your entire body!
In this mat-based class you will improve muscle control, posture, flexibility, and coordination. Experience exercises designed to maximize core strength, while sculpting the muscles of the trunk and hips.
We will use hand weights, resistance bands,
balls
and other Pilates props to
