Luiseño for hello, Miiyu kicked off the fall semester at Cal State San Marcos with an action-packed, late-night celebration on Saturday, Aug. 25 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. The opening event for Weeks of Welcome drew more than 1,000 students and featured games, food, giveaways, a live DJ and an evening of CSUSM traditions.
