The QUAD Welcomes its First Residents
CSUSM welcomes 288 students as the first residents of The QUAD, the University's newest student-housing property located adjacent to campus. Being built in two phases, The QUAD is the cornerstone property of what will become North City, a 200 acre urban center featuring residential housing, retail stories and recreational parks.

During his visit, Chancellor White toured laboratories and centers, met with student leaders, spoke candidly at a campus forum, shared leadership advice with business students, talked with faculty and even tested his Frisbee throwing skills on CSUSM's disc golf course.
