MANKATO, Minn. – The Cal State San Marcos women's track & field team posted three indoor top-10 program marks in the first meet of the Maverick Premier on Friday at Myers Field House on the campus of Minnesota State.
TOP PERFORMANCES
- Orchid Concha improved her PR in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.89 – the third fastest in program history – while placing 13th. She shaved .03 off her previous best time.
- Kailey Frye recorded the third-best triple jump mark in program history at 11.08 meters while finishing eighth. She improved her PR by .17.
- Rasha Badrani took seventh in the 400-meter run with a time of 56.80, coming up .57 shy of her school record. She earned an NCAA provisional last week with her record time of 56.23.
- Jordyn Brooks took third in the long jump with a distance of 5.51 meters while Shaylee Mutka posted the 10th-best mark in program history at 5.03 meters.
- Lilly McGraw tied for sixth in the pole vault with a height of 3.44 meters.
- Mia Salinas was seventh in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:21.80.
- Charlotte Allison tied for ninth in the high jump at 1.57 meters.
- Morgann Wilson was CSUSM's top finisher in the 60-meter hurdle prelims at 9.24 and took 13th while Badrani recorded the 10th-fastest time in team history at 9.44 while finishing 17th.
- Kyla Jones was the Cougars' fastest in the 200-meter dash at 27.06 and finished 22nd.
- As a team, CSUSM finished seventh in the meet with 15.5 points.

CSUSM will have one final chance to earn qualifiers for the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships in the second iteration of the Maverick Premier on Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. (PT).
