MANKATO, Minn. – The Cal State San Marcos women's track & field team saw a school record fall as 12 top-10 program marks were set at the first iteration of the Maverick Premier on Friday at Myers Field House on the campus of Minnesota State.
TOP PERFORMANCES
- Rasha Badrani broke her own school record in the 200-meter dash with a converted NCAA provisional time of 24.05 seconds - .92 faster than her previous time and ranking ninth nationally. Aubri Le ran the program's third-fastest time with a converted mark of 25.88 while Clara Haungs tied for ninth at 26.36.
- In the 60-meter prelim, Badrani ran the second-fastest 60-meter time in team history at 7.81 seconds. Taylor Gomez tied for the fifth-fastest time at 7.99 seconds while Le tied for the eighth-fastest time at 8.02 seconds.
- Autumn Shomaker had the third-best long jump mark in program history at 5.69 meters while finishing second for the event. Jordyn Brooks finished fifth with a mark of 5.48 meters.
- Lauren Meredith posted the sixth-fastest 60-meter hurdles time in program history at 9.13 seconds.
- Shaylee Mutka had the sixth-best triple jump mark in program history at 10.87 meters,
- Adriana Hewitt ran the sixth-fastest 400-meter in team history with a converted time of 1:00.15.
- Angela McManus and Kelsi Hart ran the seventh- and eighth-fastest mile times in program history with converted marks of 5:13.79 and 5:16.26, respectively.
