COURSE REPORT: The No. 17 Cal State San Marcos women's golf team placed second at Dallas Baptist's Poppy Hills Patriot Invitational with a 48-over 900 (302-295-303) on Tuesday at Poppy Hills Golf Club in Pebble Beach.
FIRST TEE
- Makenna Cabardo finished in the top five for the second time this season, sharing third place with Dallas Baptist's Jordan Karrh after carding a 7-over 220 (73-72-75).
- Diana Delgado followed with an 8-over 221 (73-71-77) and for fifth place.
- Madison Murr narrowly missed out on a top-10 finish, tying for 11th place with a 12-over 225 (77-75-73).
- Lauren Hickam finished in a five-way tie for 29th with a 21-over 234 (79-77-78).
- Regan Barton finished with a 25-over 238 and tied for 39th.
