Hutton Reveals 2024-25 Women's Golf Schedule
SAN MARCOS, Calif. – Head Coach Greg Hutton announced the 2024-25 Cal State San Marcos women's golf schedule on Monday afternoon. The slate includes nine regular-season tournaments, including the Cougars' own CSUSM Fujikura Invitational in the spring.
"We're really excited to get started with our fall season," said Hutton. "I think our schedules set up really well. Both teams return the same rosters from the previous season which is exciting."
The Cougars will play four tournaments in the fall, teeing off at the WT Regional Preview in Santa Rosa on Sept. 30-Oct. 1. CSUSM will then head to Nevada for the National Preview on Oct. 7-8. The Cougars will conclude their fall season in Hawai'i with a pair of tournaments – the HPU Sharks Shootout (Oct. 21-22) and Hawai'i-Hilo's Dennis Rose Intercollegiate (Oct.25-26).
CSUSM will begin the spring season on Feb. 3-4 at the inaugural LA Spring Kickoff hosted by Cal State LA after last year's tournament was canceled due to rain. After competing at Cal State East Bay's Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout on Feb. 24-25, the Cougars will host the CSUSM Fujikura Invitational on March 10-11 at Shadowridge Golf Club in Vista.
The Cougars will make their third appearance at the The Patriot Invitational hosted by Dallas Baptist at Poppy Hills Golf Course on March 17-18 before closing out the regular season at the West Texas Desert Invite held in Tucson, Arizona, on March 31-April 1.
CSUSM will travel back to Santa Barbara for the 2025 CCAA Championships at Sandpiper Golf Club on April 21-23. NCAA West Regionals will take place May 5-7 in Amarillo, Texas, at the La Paloma Golf Course with the NCAA Championships on May 13-17 at Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada.
