COURSE REPORT: The No. 16/16 Cal State San Marcos women's golf team is tied for seventh following the first round of Cal State East Bay's Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout on Monday at Corica Park Golf Course in Alameda.
FIRST TEE
- Lauren Hickam is CSUSM's top golfer after day one after carding a 2-under 70 and is in second place. She tallied five birdies and three bogies on Monday.
- After carding three bogeys on the front nine, Madison Murr bounced back with three birdies and one bogey on the backend to finish with a 1-over 73 and is tied for sixth.
- Diana Delgado is in a nine-way tie for 46th place after submitting an 8-over 80 on Monday.
- Regan Barton is tied for 65th with an 11-over 83, and Chloe Rahn is tied for 86th with a 15-over 87.
