COURSE REPORT: Cal State San Marcos' Madison Murr was crowned the NCAA Division II West Regional Individual Champion after posting a 3-under 69 in the final round on Wednesday, finishing with an 8-under 208 (72-67-69). With a fifth place finish, the Cougars have punched their ticket to the NCAA Division II National Championship on May 20-24 in Winter Garden, Florida.

- Tacking on five more birdies, Murr broke away from the field with two birdies and seven pars in her final round.
- Regan Barton tied for 17th with a 5-over 221 (76-70-75) while Diana Delgado came in close behind with a share of 22nd place with a 7-over 223 (72-73-78).
