COURSE REPORT: Holding an eight-stroke lead for first place, the No. 16 Cal State San Marcos women's golf team shot a two-round total 23-over 599 on day one of the CSUSM Fujikura Invitational. Madison Murr sits on top of the leaderboard and is joined by Makenna Cabardo and Diana Delgado in the top 10.

- Madison Murr fired off a tournament-low 8-under 66 in the opening round and followed it with an 8-over 78 to conclude the day with an even-par 144.
