COURSE REPORT: The Cal State San Marcos men's golf team placed fourth at the Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout hosted by Cal State East Bay after firing a three-round total of 6-under 858.

- Patrick Jaksch shot a 7-under 209 (71-68-70) to share fourth place with Chico State's Tyler Ashman.
- Gavin McCormick picked up his first collegiate top-10 finish with a 5-under 211 (71-70-70) for a share of 10th place.
- Jason McElroy tied for 17th place with a 2-under 214 (70-71-73).
- Grerg Mouser tied for 52nd place with an 8-over 224 (75-77-72) while Arman Rahgozar tied for 67th with a 12-over 228 (77-77-74).
