COURSE REPORT: The Cal State San Marcos cross country teams had their final tune-up before the CCAA Championships at the UCR Highlander Invitational on Saturday. 
 
WOMEN'S FINISH LINE

• Elise Ortiz was the first Cougar across the finish line with a time of 23:10.1 for 106th place. 
• Kennadi Cauley captured 143th place in a time of 23:37.6 
• Ana Moreno concluded the race in 159th place at 23:58.8, followed by Itzel Del Rio in 161st place at 24:01.0.
• Kayla Wrathall and Lilliana Sanders took 194th (24:57.8) and 196th (25:05.9) places, respectively.
• Kayla James did not finish the race. 

 
MEN'S FINISH LINE

• Aidan O'Toole was CSUSM's first runner across the finish line with an 8K time of 25:32.3 for 60th place. 
• Mathew Musa captured 97th place in a time of 25:59.0. 
• Jayson Oliver concluded the race in 107th place at 26:07.5.

CSUSM will begin postseason action on Oct. 25th at the CCAA Championships on a course of the Woodward Park in Fresno.
