Course Report: The Cal State San Marcos men's golf team placed fifth at the Otter Invitational to conclude the fall season, finishing with a 34-over 898 (301-295-302) after three rounds played Monday and Tuesday at Bayonet Golf Course in Seaside.
FIRST TEE
- Aiden Canada led the Cougars with a tie for 19th, carding a 7-over par 223 (75-68-80) and recording 13 birdies, including five in his second-round 68.
- Gavin McCormick tied for 23rd with an 8-over par 224 (74-75-75), collecting eight birdies across the tournament.
- Julian Gay finished tied for 26th at 9-over par 225 (75-75-75), highlighted by six birdies.
- Kai Miyata tied for 30th with a 10-over par 226 (77-77-72), including 10 birdies and an even-par final round.
