SAN MARCOS, Calif. – A 20th-minute goal by Brittany Brown was all the Cal State San Marcos women's soccer team (2-1-2) needed as it held firm defensively to earn a 1-0 Senior Day victory over Westmont (0-4-0) on Saturday afternoon at The Cage.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- After a juggling for possession in the box following a CSUSM corner kick, Brittany Brown came up with control of the ball and put a short shot into the bottom right corner to give the Cougars a 1-0 lead in the 20th minute.
