CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Cal State San Marcos' Madison Murr and Breann Horn, who helped lead the Cougars to their fourth consecutive CCAA Tournament Title, were selected to the WGCA All-American teams as announced by the Women's Golf Coaches Association on Thursday.
 
Murr, a redshirt sophomore from Los Alamitos, made her national recognition debut on the second team after complying a stellar season on the course. Murr finished in the top 10 in eight of CSUSM's nine tournaments this season including five top-5 finishes. She was selected CCAA Golfer of the Week three times this past spring. Murr's strongest performance was a share of second place in Cal State Bakersfield's Valley Invitational, a 54-hole Division I tournament. She is ended the year ranked No. 34 among NCAA Division II golfers according to Golfstat.com. 
 
Horn picked up her third consecutive WGCA All-American honor with an honorable mention this season, a feat she accomplished her freshman year. Last season, she was named to the first team. Horn concluded her junior campaign with a team-best 74.25 stroke average. The Lakeside native finished in the top 10 in six tournaments with one win this academic year, a victory at Hawaii Pacific's Shark Shootout. Horn accumulated three CCAA Golfer of the Week honors this season to end her collegiate career with eight – the second most in conference history behind former teammate Jaime Jacob (13).
 
The WGCA All-American teams are decided by the Division II WGCA Committee.
