COURSE REPORT: The No. 21 Cal State San Marcos men's golf team sits in fifth place, 13 strokes out of first place with a 6-over 582 at the Otter Invitational hosted by Cal State Monterey Bay in Seaside.
FIRST TEE
- Patrick Jaksch shot an opening round 4-under 68 and followed it with an even-par 72 on day one. He is tied for fourth with a 4-under 140.
- Arman Rahgozar moved up six spots in the second round and sits in a tie for 12th with a 1-under 143 (74-69).
- Cutter Ayres is in a five-way tie for 21st place with a 3-over 147 (73-74).
- Jason McElroy rounds out CSUSM's five with an 8-over 152 (74-78).
