The sixth-seeded Cal State San Marcos baseball team (25-23) saw its 2025 season come to an end with an 8-7 loss to third-seeded (RV) San Francisco State (31-19) in an elimination game to open the CCAA Tournament on Wednesday at Reeder Field on the campus of Cal State LA.

The Cal State San Marcos men's golf team will make its fifth appearance in the NCAA West/South Central Super Regionals this week in Riverside at Victoria Club on May 8-10.

Making it to the NCAA West Regional for the fourth consecutive season, the third-seeded Cal State San Marcos softball team (38-20) will face sixth-seeded Biola (38-19) on Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at SFSU Softball Field on the campus of San Francisco State.

Making its second consecutive CCAA Tournament appearance, the sixth-seeded Cal State San Marcos team will begin the tournament with an elimination game against third-seeded San Francisco State at noon on Wednesday at Reeder Field on the campus of Cal State LA.
