Men's  Basketball

The previously postponed Cal State San Marcos men's and women's basketball doubleheader against Sonoma State has been rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 17. The women's game will begin at 5 p.m. and will be followed by the men's contest at 7 p.m.

The Cal State San Marcos men's basketball team (1-11, 1-5 CCAA) began its four-game homestand with an 80-62 loss against CCAA leader Cal State Dominguez (11-3, 7-0 CCAA) on Thursday night at The Sports Center.

Jordyn Brooks of women's track & field and Kyelin King of men's basketball have been named the Cal State San Marcos Student-Athletes of the Month for December 2024.

Beginning a four-game homestand at The Sports Center, the Cal State San Marcos men's basketball team (1-10, 1-4 CCAA) will face Cal State Dominguez Hills (9-3, 6-0 CCAA) on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. before taking on Cal State LA (5-7, 3-3 CCAA) on Saturday at 3 p.m.
