Fleischman Named San Diego Sports Association Star of the Month
Cal State San Marcos softball center fielder Czar Fleischman was recognized by the San Diego Hall of Champions as one of the 2026 May Stars of the Month.
Albayati Named 2025-26 CCAA Female Athlete of the Year
ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - After setting the CCAA records for batting average and runs batted in during a season, Cal State San Marcos' Jillian Albayati has been named the 2025-26 CCAA Female Athlete of the Year by the 12 sports information directors throughout the conference. Albayati constructed one of the most legendary seasons this storied conference has ever seen, and she did it from the first pitch of the season all the way through until the last.
CSUSM Takes Third in CCAA Robert J. Hiegert Commissioner's Cup
Cal State San Marcos Athletics placed third in the 2025-26 CCAA Robert J. Hiegert Commissioner's Cup standings. The award was announced at the conference's annual spring Executive Council meetings on Wednesday, June 3.
