Cal State San Marcos Athletics had 103 student-athletes earn the Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) Academic Achievement Award for the 2024-25 academic year.

The Cal State San Marcos Department of Athletics saw a conference-leading 126 student-athletes earn CCAA All-Academic honors from the league office on Wednesday.

The Cal State San Marcos women's basketball team earned a special mention on the 2024-25 Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll. The Cougars posted a 3.628 cumulative team GPA this past season, the second highest in the CCAA.

Cal State San Marcos Athletics put 74 student-athletes on the 2025 CCAA Winter/Spring Academic Honor Rolls on Tuesday.
