CSUSM Returns to The Cage to Begin Final Homestand
SAN MARCOS, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos women's soccer team (6-4-5, 3-3-2 CCAA) will begin its final three-game homestand at The Cage by facing Stanislaus State (8-5-2, 5-3-0 CCAA) on Friday at 12:30 p.m. before taking on Chico State (5-4-6, 2-3-3 CCAA) on Sunday at 11:30 a.m.
LAST WEEK
- CSUSM went 0-1-1 this past week in their final two regular-season road games at Cal State Dominguez Hills and Cal State LA.
- The Cougars picked up a point with 1-1 draw against the Toros on Friday as Brianna Delgado earned her second goal of the season.
- In its road finale on Sunday, CSUSM fell 1-0 to Cal State LA.

FRIDAY AGAINST STANISLAUS STATE
- The Warriors came into the week on a four-game win streak, defeating San Francisco State and Cal Poly Humboldt with a pair of 3-0 scores on Oct. 13 and 17 and Cal State San Bernardino and then-No. 4 Cal Poly Pomona with a pair of 2-0 victories on Oct. 25 and 27.
- Making up a postponement against Sonoma State on Wednesday night, Stanislaus earned a 3-2 win on Wednesday night.
- Stanislaus is currently second in the CCAA standings with 15 points.

SUNDAY AGAINST CHICO STATE
