SAN MARCOS, Calif. – A top-10 program time highlighted the Cal State San Marcos men's track & field program's weekend at San Diego State's Aztec Invitational and UCLA's Jim Bush Legends Meet.
TOP PERFORMANCES AT AZTEC INVITATIONAL
- Gio Moya recorded the sixth-fastest 400-meter hurdles time in program history at 53.26 - .83 faster than his previous best time.
- Dre Johnson finished fourth out of 32 entrants in the 100-meter dash with a wind-aided 10.52 seconds, while Jason Wells was seventh with a wind-aided 10.57 seconds.
- Johnson and Wells then finished second and third in the 200-meter dash with wind-aided times of 21.22 and 21.30, respectively.
- Will Prouty took fourth out of 18 entrants in the hammer throw with a mark of 53.79 meters.
TOP PERFORMANCES AT JIM BUSH LEGENDS MEET
- Kalathan Laiwa-McKay finished third out of 14 in the shot put at 17.22 meters.
