COURSE REPORT:  The Cal State San Marcos men's golf team took ninth with a 4-over 868 (289-289-290) at the Hanny Stanislaus Invitational on Tuesday in Turlock.   

FIRST TEE

• Nick Mouser was CSUSM's top golfer with a 3-under 213 (74-73-66), sharing 11th place with four other golfers.
• Arman Rahgozar tied for 29th with a 1-over 217 (70-74-73).
• Vinny Bengtson carded a 5-over 221 (74-70-77) to finish tied for 44th place.
• Jason McElroy finished with a share of 53rd place with an 8-over 224 (71-79-74).
• Greg Mouser took 62nd place with an 11-over 227 (75-72-80).

INSIDE THE SCORECARD

• Cal State Monterey Bay won the team title by two strokes with an 18-under 846, defeating Chico State (848, -16).
• Matching his opening round of 5-under 67 in the final round, Western Washington's David Sibbett was crowned the individual medalist with a 12-under 204 (67-70-67).
• CSUSM tallied 60 birdies in the three-round tournament, one shy from leader Cal State Monterey Bay.
