COURSE REPORT
The Cal State San Marcos men's golf team wrapped up play at the National Preview on Tuesday, finishing tied for 14th place with a three-round total of 17-over 881 (305-284-292) at Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada.
FIRST TEE
- Kai Miyata led the Cougars with a 1-under par 215 (70-72-73), finishing tied for 29th and recording 16 birdies across the tournament.
- Aiden Canada tied for 39th with an even-par 216 (75-65-76), highlighted by a second-round 65 that included eight birdies.
- Julian Gay placed 75th with an 8-over par 224 (80-73-71), notching five birdies in the final round.
- Nick Mouser tied for 78th at 10-over par 226 (80-74-72) after collecting four birdies and finishing strong with an even-par final round.
- Aaron Arch finished 91st with a 20-over par 236 (81-78-77), contributing seven birdies to the team total.

INSIDE THE SCORECARD
- Lynn claimed the team title with a dominant 28-under 836 performance.
- Seth Bearden of Midwestern State earned individual medalist honors with a 13-under 203 (68-67-68) while tallying a tournament-best 19 birdies.
- Three different golfers recorded three eagles in the 54-hole tournament.
- Aaron Arch registered an eagle in the third round on the 16th hole while Aiden Canada tallied an eagle on the 13th hole in the first round.
