COURSE REPORT: The Cal State San Marcos women's cross country team placed fourth at the CCAA Championships on Friday morning at Hooker Oak Park in Chico, totaling 140 points in the 6K race.
FINISH LINE
- Angela McManus led the Cougars with a 21st-place finish in 22:48.2.
- Liberty Miller crossed in 23rd place with a time of 23:01.0.
- Melissa Estrada followed closely in 25th with a time of 23:02.2, improving on last year's 51st finish.
- Hailie Lomeli placed 32nd with a time of 23:31.1.
- Carmella Baldwin rounded out CSUSM's scoring five in 42nd at 23:41.5.
- The final four runners for the Cougars were Gabriella Romero (23:49.1, 45th), Maria Texis (23:56.9, 55th), Lauren Peacher (24:26.9, 65th) and Ana Moreno (24:46.5, 72nd).
