COURSE REPORT:  The Cal State San Marcos men's golf team is in a three-way tie for 10th place with a 5-over 285 after day one of the Hawaii Pacific Shark Shootout on Friday.

FIRST TEE

• Greg Mouser was CSUSM's top golfer with a 1-under 69 and is in a 10-way tie for 18th place following the first round.
• Nick Mouser is tied for 39th place with a 1-over 71 and is followed by Gavin McCormick's 2-over 72, which has him tied for 52nd place.
• Patrick Jaksch is close behind the two with a 3-over 73 and is tied for 56th place.
• Jason McElroy closes out CSUSM with a 4-over 74 and is tied for 67th place.
