CSUSM Begins Indoor Season with Seven Top-10 Program Marks
RENO, Nev. – The Cal State San Marcos women's track & field team began its 2025-26 indoor season with seven top-10 program marks at Nevada's Silver State Invitational & Combined Event on Friday and Saturday.
TOP PERFORMANCES
- Freshman Nadia Miechowicz began her collegiate career with a time of 24.63 in the 200-meter dash, finishing 12th out of 72. When converted for altitude, her time of 24.70 ranks second in program history, missing out on an NCAA provisional by just .07 seconds.
- In the 60-meter dash, Orchid Concha and Miechowicz tied for the second-fastest time in team history with a converted 7.78 seconds. Kristin Cole posted the eighth-best time in program history with a converted 8.00 seconds.
- Freshman Danielle Patrick posted the third-best pole vault mark in program history while making her collegiate debut at 3.50 meters.
- Andrea Alvarado posted a mark of 10.90 meters in the triple jump, while Aliyah Ratcliffe's mark of 10.73 meters was the seventh-best in team history.
- In the 400-meter dash, Adriana Hewitt recorded a converted time of 1:00.38, while Cole had the program's 10th-best time with a converted 1:00.67.
